Blink 182 are surely going to play either T in the Park or Sonisphere based on tour dates so it could easily be:

Kiss
Van Halen
Blink 182

It wasn't enough money to stop them pulling out of the Euro tour they were already planning, apparently most of the dates were already locked in.
