EXIT FRIDAY THE 13TH MASQUERADE!

Prepare yourself for one of the biggest masked parties ever seen on these grounds, Friday, 13th July, 2012, marks the illustrious occasion of the 13th annual EXIT festival!

Start preparing your craziest costume, because starting next week, the Fortress is turning into one big carnival, and the medieval surroundings might just remind you what you can turn into for one night only!

Robots, fairies, acrobats, aliens, devils, and many other creatures which terrified regular Dance Arena visitors are inviting all of you this year to join them! At the party where everything is permitted, choose your desired metamorphosis!

If you don’t get enough time to morph from all the bathing, tanning and enjoying the Exit Village, the Fortress will feature a hairdressing team which can help you a lot!

Look for Exit Style hairdressers at the fortress, and boldly wear your wacky hairstyle you could not show anywhere else!

Explosive stage will contribute to this joyful occasion as well, with one of the most extravagant fashion designers from Serbia, Maria Margoth, has been creating a unique world based on dark underground foundations, through which she projects her visions of today’s society. She and her group, Hysteria, will offer the audience a special visual pleasure rarely seen in these parts, Friday, July 13, together with bands Grandpa Candys (Serbia) and Crysalys (Italy).

The most innovative costumes will win something special! The competition for the best mask will be held at the small alley between the entrance to Hotel Leopold and the VIP Terrace, Friday the 13th, at 23:00h sharp, and the winner will be decided by the audience ovations. The symbolic prize consists of a perfectly chilled bottle of bubbly champagne and a personal photo-session with the EXIT PHOTO team to have forever special memories of this magical night.

Just read your informative review and it looks like an enjoyable fest, infact i was planning on going this year but had to drop my plans cause of my gf....really looking forward to do this fest next year or in the near future....the fact that the bands / acts start at around 8pm is an added bonus as you can do the sightseeing of the city or nearby during the day as you mentioned very well in your review...

Just a couple of questions pls : Was the weather very hot i.e over 30 degC ? and your accomodation was close the the festival site? Is transport available (at night / early morning hrs) to go back to the hotel from the festival site?

Cheers...
