Jim White just announced for the Union Chapel on 7 June.

Has to be a good chance he could play on Saturday or Sunday, maybe headlining the second stage (though ideally on Sunday, don't want him clashing with Bird). (The running order, with gaps, is here).

Edit: he's announced other shows on 8, 10, 11, and 12 June. So still possible he could play on the Saturday, I guess....

Yeah I spotted that too. His UK tour dates fit in nicely with a potential NDH appearance.

Peter Wolf Crier might be another good shout, they're signed to one of EOTR's fav labels Jagjaguwar and they're playing the Slaughtered Lamb on the 6th of June.

So these 6 bands and the 4 winners take up the early slots leaving the second stage headliner for Saturday (following Moon Duo) and top two for Sunday to come

I still think that Saturday night second stage slot could be Jim White or even Anais Mitchell who is in Ireland on the 7th and Newcastle on the 10th.

I would be happy with either.

Joe Gideon & The Shark are now bumped up to the final slot on Saturday night so no Jim White or BSP.

The line up looks fantastic though. Just hope they can stagger the times so we can stroll from the Lake to the Electric Dustbowl and see most of most of the bands

They rather casually announced three bands today:

Hoquets, Futur Primitif & Seamus Fogarty.

Futur Primitif is Daniel Lefkowitz (ex-Low Anthem). Don't know anything about the others.

Is it just me, or are they really on top of things with NDH? Seems like everything has been announced really early. (By comparison, Primavera hasn't announced stages, let alone times, for any of its acts, and it's the week before).

It is a tad smaller than Primavera, I expect it is a bit easier to organise! acts I would recommend on current listening/recent gigs are Alex Highton and Laura J Martin (she makes me smile a lot).

You know the old saying? 'If you want something done really badly but can't be arsed to wait for someone to come and do it properly, have a go yourself'? Well I've had a first stab at a clashfinder. http:///s/ndh2012/

It just has the three main stages so far, and I have made several (possible incorrect) assumptions, chief of which is a general 45 min gaps between acts as no end times have been specified. This gives the earlier acts 30 mins each, (which may be wrong anyway), but it keeps showing as 25 mins for some and I can't get a change to take!

I will update as and when more info becomes available, but in the meantime please feel free to shout 'Oi! Fareham! NOOOOO!' at me for any of the inevitable cock-ups...

Didn't think EOTR or NDH did day tickets.
