Thought it was 3000 last year Anna. Led to believe they have a licence for more but don't want to overdo it. (eg see efests' new interview here: http://www.efestival...lly_booth.shtml )
Camp efest welcomes all types of 'Billy'.

Are there any other people going on their own? Wouldn't want to be the only 'Billy No Mates' there.
Been trying to find the capacity of BT. I found a figure of 2k from 2010. Is that right?
BT is one of the friendliest festivals around, and it has a large eFests camp, you wouldn't be on your own for long. I went to BT on my own in 2010, and because of it I feel part of a huge festival family now.
It has 3,000 person capacity, and that's the size they're planning on sticking at.

Just booked my ticket. Hooray. Now I can start looking forward to it.
Think in the process of ordering I have possibly reset the Google passwords for the rest of the users in our house. Its a bit of a fuss going through Google Checkout, and I'm not entirely clear what relationship Google Checkout and Gmail have-they seemed to be connected.
Probably going to arrive on Friday afternoon and hopefully will pitch up in the efestivals camp, if thats ok.

Good stuff. You'll regret not.
Is it too early for the big red/yellow stripes find-camp-efest flag to be posted? It's in just......
....... 95 days
(Or, if it were Glasto & a few years ago, we'd all be celebrating getting our grubby hands on a ticket right about now. )

And not very much to buy since I got loads of camping/festival stuff for Glastonbury least year. Got space blanket ready to protect me from the blistering Derbyshire midday sun, and wellies for the mud underfoot.
Never found the efests camp triangle at G, so a picture of the flag would be helpful, although with less people it may be more obvious.
I am still trying to work out how different a festival of 3k people will be to one of 200k.

I'd say...
Friendlier, stages are a lot closer together (so no 30 minutes trek), even if your watching a band from the back your still very close, some of the bands come out and meet people after their sets....which is nice, walk from car park is a doddle, no big queues anywhere, just seems more relaxed and if you forget something you can just nip back to your tent and get it since its only 2 minutes away

I should think so. Albeit the Red/Yellow Northumberland flag wasn't at G this year. In fact the whole G camp was probably quite difficult to spot. I'll go search for the pic anyway.

You'll need to add a very strong wind-break and get that tent proper pegged down at BT.....

All true. Easy to walk back the 10 minutes to the car too, and you can hear the main stage from the tent if you just can't raise your aching bones from whatever comfy seat you have. Ah, just 3 months now....

Good job we're going! You'd be lost without us!
Anna, pack your thermals too! See you there.
Don't be moving that flag on the Saturday night, I'd never get home.....
(For the uninitiated, it usually has glowy things on it at night.)
(Which reminds me, there was a big old neon sign in camping last year, nearer the exit towards the cars. All white letters. Anyone remember what it said? Have 'Get It Here' in my head, which is very wrong I would imagine. But there were neon lights. Anyone?)

No good asking me about anything in the campsite last year I never got that far, but hopefully this year I'll have no vehicle problems and get there for setting up and have time to wander up to see you all instead of selling T shirts.

Does going to Bearded Theory make you a Beardo or a Beardy? Is there a collective noun for a number of Beardos/Beardies?
Looking forward to my little festival, with no stressing about T Days and long drives there and back.

It is definitly Beardy never heard of Beardo being used wierdo yes but not Beardo, as for the collective noun I think you need to get on the forum and facebook group and start a thread to find the most popular and get it into usage I like a rabble of Beardies or as used for baboons a flange.
