Great Lake Swimmers
Sufjan
Iron & wine.
That would do nicely, with a bit of................
Woodpigeon
Wilderness of Manitoba
Harlowe and the Great North Woods
Horse Feathers
Mountains and the Trees
Jonathan Richman
Lambchop
Doug Paisley (highlight of 2011)
Tim & Sam's Tim & Sam band
Vashti Bunyan
and lots and lots of banjos.

Bon Iver, Gillian Welch and PJ Harvey would do me nicely.
Then again, this year is the only year since 2007 that I've wanted to see all three headliners, so they don't matter that much. It's the strenght of the undercard that counts. And now the Garden Stage is the second stage, there's plenty scope for additional awesomeness. Most of the bands in the list in the previous post would suit me fine too.

Heh! Increase the capacity to 50,000 and I might have a chance of getting a quarter of that lot.

Sufjan would be a dream come true as would Gilian Welch. The Flaming Lips would be spectacular on the Woods stage. Not asking too much then...........
Oh - just got my tickets for Ms Welch in November - who hoo!!

I'd love to see Local Natives on the Garden Stage at some point. Maybe they could headline if their next album is as good?

I'm going to go for a J Macsis solo set, rather than a full-on Dino Jr set. Seems more suitable. And if we're having TF, we may as well invite Euros Childs along and have a late Jonny set in the Tipi.

If they can't get Sufjan Stevens, Simon & Sofia should definitely try and book the Japanese equivalent (who is in my opinion actually a lot better than SS) - Shugo Tokumaru.
Definitely one for a headlining or co-headlining slot on the Garden stage though - NOT the Woods stage.

Nice list of suggestions
I would love to see Portishead there - maybe too big a band, though.
Low played a few years ago and their singer threw a guitar into the audience in a bad mood
New Pornographers played last year, but seeing as we've had Neko, then NP, then Kathryn in successive years, I think we need, no, deserve, to see NP again
Kimya Dawson has played before too, I'd like to see her again.

Quite a few mentioned already that I'd second, but others I'd love to see next year (either at EotR or NDH):
Built to Spill
Godspeed You! Black Emperor (recording new material!)
Boston Spaceships (Bob Pollard's current band)
Bob Mould
Andrew Jackson Jihad (recently supported Titus Andronicus)
Pine Hill Haints
Ponytail
Ted Leo & The Pharmacists
Chris Leo
Snowglobe (or at least Oh No! Oh My!)
John Vanderslice
Archers of Loaf
The New Year
Do Make Say Think
Evangelicals
Frog Eyes
Surf City
The Verlaines
The Bats
Dean Wareham
Earlimart (if Admiral Radley are booked, then Earlimart should be a given)
Le Loup
Abe Vigoda
The Shivers
Still Flyin'
The Wooden Sky
Sure I could think up plenty more...
