My moneys on Gaga and Coldplay with FATM and Jay Z subbing and SHM and Mumford headlining the 4music stage.
Id also expect Hard Fi and The Enemy to have big slots too.

Seeing as their new single is getting air play and a album is on the way Florence and The Machine are also likey to be back touring next year.
Assume Lostphrophets will be there too as they always seem to be at V!

I'm hoping for Vampire Weekend, Jamie T and Friendly Fires - all with high up slots on the second stage.

Given that there is no Glasto next year I'd like to think that V would get a better line up of bands throughout the bill. According to the I-O-W forums Killers and RHCP 'seem' most likely there and apparently Foo Fighters are nailed on for Reading because of the Nirvana anniversary. I would expect Coldplay, Gaga, Mumford, Beady Eye (twat Gallagher owes Chelms one!) and maybe Florence.

Ting Tings have a new album out shortly so not a bad guess.
Lady Gaga I think is a defo as are Coldplay.

Judging by the way it's heading, if you imagine a current day "Smash Hits poll winners party" line up you probably won't be too wide of the mark.
I also hear that next year the whole thing will be hosted by Gary Barlow and Philip Schofield
