Thoughts on one listen so far:
1. I am excited.
2. Haven't had the album too long, but this comp reminded me how much I now love John Grant
3. I think I know some Best Coast songs already, but never knew who it was - will check them out.
4. I'm sure I've seen Tinariwen on every festival line up ever, but never checked them out... I may do this year. Love this acousticy song, and one I heard on 6music a couple of days ago.
5. Organising the songs on itunes was annoying.
6. Enjoyed the Phosphrescent tune, more than I enjoyed the set last year.
Any more thoughts???

Most of it I was already familiar with, but the Kathryn Calder track is REALLY strong. Thinking she may well get the nod over The Fresh & Onlys for me now. Especially as her albums only seem to be available as pricey imports on Amazon, so hopefully she'll bring some along.

Oh yeah, the Josh T. Pearson track confirmed that I'm not really fussed about seeing him at all.

I've been trying to download it since Saturday but everytime I get "Error (509) This account's public links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarily disabled!"

I thought The Deadly Syndrome track was a bit rubbish (sorry guys!) and I'm now more certain about seeing Drum Eyes over Best Coast but the rest was great. So excited now!

suspect i'm not alone in often choosing to watch festival sets that wouldn't ordinarily be my usual listening just to make sure i take the opportunity while its there.
anyhow, you put opinions up ages ago on the latitude site about artists (cant recall who) that linked me in to and got me to go to eotr, so i'm pretty sure i owe you!

A blatant self plug here but not this Saturday, the one after i will be playing just music that is on at this years festival. I go out live on Saturday morning 10-midday on Radio23.org.(The Lonesome Drifter) No talking, just two hours of music. I'll remind you's nearer the time.
ok, as you were
