Everyone have an awesome time?! This year was great; lots of good acts and art, and seemed like it was much less crowded than last year :D

One of the best acts I saw was Bassnectar but I'm not familiar with any of his music... can anyone tell me any of the tracks he played? Most of the stuff I've found on youtube and grooveshark aren't nearly as heavy or noisy as the stuff that was coming out of the Collysilium on Saturday! Cheers

Sorry I can't help you with the Bassnectar stuff. I had a great time too, but thought it was way more crowded than last year and, since they hadn't increased ticket sales, wondered whether there were a lot of fence jumpers this year. The areas south of the lake seemed like they were always packed and there was more litter too. It might just be that there were more people who gravitated to the main stage and dance areas this year, so the north and east sides were still good.

The site was beautiful and fascinating as ever though and I love all the weird little bits and pieces you come across, like the man-powered juke box.

Hi

Yes Basnectar=act I love see, Soundcloud and here for stuff on them/him/it.

SGP was quality this year. Attendance was the same as last year however they had extended the site out beyond Chai Wallahs and The Badger so probably felt less crowded.

On a positive note my dog won "Best Dog" in the dog show at the village hall on Sunday, and I met some really lovely people. Most lovely of all was a girl called Kate or Katie who was a - stunningly beautiful, b - really kind, and c - looked after me as I wandered around completely hammered on Saturday night having just lost me friends.

Sadly I don't know if I will ever get to meet her again... if anyone knows her can you tell her that Jake, the guy with the Labradoodle called Monty would love to say a proper thank you!

Till next year gardeners!
