My first time at this festival and, in my opinion, this is the best organised by far. Also thought the atmosphere was the friendliest by a mile. Thought security and staff at camp site were excellent.
Downers 1)The price of food/drink. Why when Slipknot were finished did some retailers suddenly slash prices by 50%. Nothing but profitteering (excuse spelling).
2) House of Pain - crap. Really liked them before i saw them live.
3) You Me At Six
4) Sound for Bill Bailey - really looking forward to him, but if you were towards the right of the stage towards the ice cream van you could hear next to nothing.
Highlights
1) Weezer - why the booing of Paranoid Android?
2) Bad Religion
3) Vintage Trouble - best voice of the weekend.
4) Richard Cheese
5) Cancer Bats
6) Slipknot - i didn't even like them before Sunday
7) The big four doing Am I Evil
All in all an excellent weekend. Will gladly phone my son in sick for school again next year.

I don't agree with the booing but Radiohead at a (primarily) metal festival wasn't ever going to go down that well.

I didn't hear any booing but it do go a bit quiet. Weezer are hardly metal anyway. I thought it was a great cover!

I enjoyed it too but instead of them playing the Wheatus & Radiohead covers I wished they had played Susanne, We Are All On Drugs & Keep Fishin. Or better yet give them more time, that hour went really f**king quick.

It was a quick hour indeed. Not helped by the fact I missed the first 2 songs having to return to my tent so the missus could change her shoes

Regarding the earlier quote about it being a metal festival and that being the reason the Radiohead cover was booed, this was probably the heaviest song Weezer did in their whole set.
Also would hardly think that Biffy or Limp Bizket can hardly come under the "metal2 umbrella.

Nah not really, Hash Pipe or Dope Nose far heavier even then the other songs (inclduing Wheatus) were more tradional rock.
Limp Bizkit are metal, they were one of the major nu-metal bands back in the day and Biffy are a rock band were as Radiohead have never really been a rock band and more (notice the word more and not are) of the experimental/indie sorts and more associated with Glasto than something like Soni or Download.
