I was ment to start this thread a few days ago but completely forgot so I'll guess just start it now. I know that many people on here were concerned about how the new night time queuing system would work and would it be a total shambles etc. But I think that it was nothing more than a great success.
Last year I went to Shangri La on Thursday evening peak time (around 10pm) and there was a massive crush to get in and alot of pushing and shoving. This year I went around the same time and used the new queuing system, it was a long walk granted but it was so much better than the crush to get in that I experienced last year.

I don't think Michael Eavis is the right person to thank. He basically has zero input on anything logistical.

No idea, I imagine it was someone at festival republic.
I do know someone who sits in on the security/logistical top table though so I can pass on the feedback.
