Stopped reading when it suggested that Glastonbury not going ahead this year was an indication of it being a tough time.

Thats what I thought, it regularly has a year off. It just made sense this year with the olympics being on as well.

A lot of journalists have used Glastonbury as an example of festivals struggling this year when it isn't true, just to give their article a bit more weight. There are enough examples out there for them not to have to use it, but the fact they do doesn't give me much faith in the rest of their work.
