My food blogging girlfriend has just put together a nifty little guide about some of the best places to eat around the festival. I thought I'd share it here because it might be useful for Glastonbury virgins, or for those who want to try some find some new eateries onsite, here's the link.

It'd also be great to hear other Glastonbury-goer's opinions on where to get the best nosh around the festival, or which ones we should avoid!!

Are there any places we've missed? Or any new foodie hotspots for this year that you've heard about?

Brilliant blog! I can definitely see myself searching out that Paella place! I can't recommend highly enough the food at Glastonbury. I have to admit, i'm ridiculously excited about it...the only place in the world that could make me love a bit of falafel.

Thanks for all the kind words. My girlfriend's very chuffed that people have found her guide useful! We're just putting the finishing touches on our packing and then we're set!

Maybe catch some of you over a burger at the Meateasy in The Beat Hotel!

Perhaps it was just me, but the secret pakora garden was a bit lacking last year.  Perhaps it's because it's no longer secret and is very busy as a result... but the pakora just wasn't as nice as it had been in previous years.

Got my fingers crossed it picks back up this year.

Oh I've never had pakora before, giving it a quick google though and my mouth is already watering. It's always a shame when 'secret' places start to become less and less secretive, but we'll give the pakora garden a try at some point during the festival.
