Have just rung see to chase carpark tic, not been sent due to a system error same as last year, and they dont know untill you ring if they have been sent, they are sending now royalmail hopefully come before we leave. he said best option is to pay again on the gate. i said that happened last year and no one got money back he said it will be the same this year. any 1 not got theirs should ring  now .

They haven't sent mine either. They're now sending via registered post so I should receive it tomorrow morning. Cost me another quid on the phone to them though  

This happened to me last year as well, they never refunded then either. Appalling service from SEE.

Mine haven't arrived. I'm on hold now and am assuming they'll assume some responsibility here and the refund they'll be issuing to me will be to cover the gate price and not just what I've paid in advance, there's no way the tickets can arrive now until after the festival has started. Bloody incompetence
