Just seen this on twitter, can anyone expand on it? Are they planning on not using the West Campervan fields? Or is this nonsence?

Sounds plausible; But the gates are not yet open! They are probably just

filling the staff camping east route first to protect the west entrance

I know they stopped unneccesary vehicle movement on-site for quite a few days to stop churning things up, and some crew vehicles expected to be in onsite crew camping areas have been held on the railway for a while, and others end up on vehicle fields outside the site. perhaps they needed the space to accomodate crew !?

I've just had a call from the Glastonbury office about this.

This information is completely WRONG.

The West Campervan fields are NOT shut.

and the lesson is: don't believe everything you hear on twitter.
