Don't the returnable cups have to be sent off site for cleaning / sterilising / checking leaks and so on  before they can be re-used? must add alot to the overall price compared to a paper cup.
Fairly sure I remember them being cleaned behind the bar at Hurricane - granted that would also be extra equipment required by every vendor - centralised would possibly work better.  I'm fairly sure they could pull it together to clean them somewhere on site.

Total absence of stress getting tickets.
No queue to get in.
Just a shorty stroll from car park to camping.
Stunning location.
Virtually no litter.
No mud baths.
Very reasonably priced good beer.
Communal fire pit.
Just a couple of minutes walk between stages.

to name but a few

hahaa this reads like a list of "What pisses you off about Glastonbury?"!

in hindsight title should have been, Best innovation youve seen at other fests?

Communal firepit sounds like a belter of an idea though.

But they'll want their money back if you're alive at 33

You mean the one that is 80% s**t and piss? Nice.

Although I'll stick with Roskilde, and vote for the 6 days pre-camping - some brilliant camps at Roskilde throwing some brilliant parties...
