I bought a hotel room for Melt - it's a superior room, sleeps 3 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Leipzig. My friend also got a room and none of our other mates want it but it's non-refundable. I paid €294 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. It's a 5 star hotel and includes breakfast. It's about a half an hour drive from the festival site.
I would take an offer on it.
