I'm just looking for a wee bit advice...
In short, my tickets have not arrived, my confirmation email was accidentally deleted and cannot be recovered, and RN have not replied to any of my 5 emails. I have credit card statement showing the money being taken from ticket agency.... Dunno what to do!
Any sensible suggestions?

Why don't you give them a ring ... usually better than emailing

Who did you but the tickets from?
Ive sent several emails to the rockness link without reply either.
I Bought my tickets via The Booth an they've been excellent at keeping me informed over the past week.
Anyway contact who you bought the tickets through Im sue they'll be able to at least email your confirmation so you can collect from the site.

Slash/baron thanks for replying.
I thought at the time it was from ticketline but on the bank statement it says ticketsolve ltd which according to google relates to AEG (gasp!)
I have emailed AEG but just got the generic 'send ur booking ref number' email back. Explained my situation and no reply.
Getting a bit anxious now given number of hours till festival.

If all else fails speak to your credit card company. You might have insurance.

Someone emailed AEG about somethig else but their reply contained this number, dont know if it works but I'd get on the phone tomorrow morning if you can.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services Team by calling 0844 493 1020 or email help@aeglive.co.uk

Cheers dudes.
Just think the whole ticketing scenario this year has been a farce... Theres a thread dedicated to that tho. I'll give AEG a try tomo.
