I phoned AEG asking about the vip add on tickets i bought and apparently they are not getting sent out, got to print of the conformation email and take it to ticket office on site. Why have they not told anyone about this when they bought the tickets ?

Got a VIP from HMV. Think it might be much the same, although they say it will be sent about 7 days before on Special Delivery. Hate taking the confirmation on site thing.

Basics of a festival in my opinion. If my ticket doesn't come I'll be raging. Organisation has never been Rockness' strong point...

Oh good Lord. You'd think they'd have made some sort of contact with people to notify them about this. I'd rather have my ticket in hand, arrive and set up camp rather than fanny about at ticket office getting something sorted out that could easily have been done by now. It's totally confusing that other VIP campers have received their tickets already and yet some haven't. How hard is it to be organised?

that is an utter farce expecting people who have paid months in advance for 'VIP' tickets to wait in a queue at the site with all your camping gear! I had to return my tickets to see tickets apparently a mis-print, their email 'Your tickets are invalid and will therefore not gain you entry to the show' great customer service all round
