Does this explain the suspicious absence of Midlake from the lineup now?
Or am I going blind/stupid?

Matt, Midlake are still listed, in the second row of artists on the EoTR homepage.

Best news EVER! Well, of today anyway. Love them hard and can't wait to see them again!

The second row of artists isn't displaying properly on my browser as well but is still there in the HTML - missing Laura Marling and the Walkmen.
Anyway excellent booking - saw them recently at Heaven and they were v good. New material a wee bit more rocky than the earlier stuff.

Aahhhh! I always thought that was where you 'met'! I've even got a vague memory of convincing one of you that they were worth getting down the front for .......

What a result, a line that was receiving some mixed feedback from some corners especially re the headliners, has just nailed it! They were superb 2 years ago and one of my favorite bands so i am a bit bias as well as my 13 yr olds favorite band so he is royally chuffed( other than Sufjan that is). This may mean that they are coming back to europe for a full tour after their USA tour, which would be nice!
With this and the last couple of announcements the line is now officially excellent.
Roll on September.

Double bollocks - one of my favourite bands is announced, I find out I can't go. At least I didn't buy a tickeet in potential anticipation of this. You enjoy them.

Hi all
Was away in computer-free-mother-in-law-land when this was tweeted, but had a little woohoo to myself. Have celebrated with a slightly irresponsible instant purchase of I Am Very Far on vinyl!
Any idea which day they're on - i.e. to try to predict slot? I know ours is one of the last festivals of the season but I'm now REALLY impatient for a bit of a line-up sort out re: stages and orders etc.
When do you think we'd be likely to get that sort of info?
Ben

Any album recommendations for Okkervil River? I really like their song Black and a couple of others but have never managed to be won over by any of their albums... Thanks!
