I'm assuming you will need this for Glasto...if so, you may be outta luck as these are pre-orders only and will be released 25th August...either that or I have just fallen hook line and sinker for a joke.

There's far too many big tents at festivals these days! Before long, people will be taking a mobile house! I spend about 4-6 hours a day in the tent (and that's when I'm asleep)... Why pay so much to go somewhere so fun and spend the whole time lounging round the tent! There's far too much to see and far many better places to go chill than the tenting areas and so much good food that there's no point bringing your own food.... Just get a cheap small tent and use the other £250 to buy nice chilled beer from the bars!

I have one of these tents http://www.argos.co....ts|14419414.htm
Lots of room seperate sleeping areas so you don't wake up to close to eatch other and not to big to take up loads of room! easy to put up carry etc

This is the tent I take to glastonbury. I love it.

Only £170, can fit in 6 people and a big living space you can sit under if it rains (which it wont)
You'll also have 130quid spending money.
Only downside is the poles are really heavy, I use a B&Q sack truck so its not a problem.

Just got myself the Khyam Freelander. Easy put up ( I hope), and I will be using it for normal camping trips. Downside, it weights 10kg. Quite a lot to carry for a single person, with my beer and food (not taking much food, just for breakfast and late night snacking)
