Had a bottle of rum last year and only Vimto to mix it with. Shan't be drinking Vimto again for a good while.
I ruined pesto for myself by overdoing it at Glasto once too.

Yeah, I can't see that pesto and rum would be a good drinking combo tbf.

I genuinely thought this was an experience that only I had had. Phoenix '94, cannot face the stuff since. There is something about overdoing pesto at a festival that brings world war one to mind for me, don't ask me to explain it.

I don't think I could ever have enough pesto... I had a similar experience with mango juice in India though. The sight of a mango in any form sends me into a fever.

Over doing pesto?!?! Thats impossible! Pesto is the food of kings. Gin and orange however... wrong in so many ways... never again.

Ooooooo cheeky vimtos are fab, straight vimto for early on and then a little touch of port in it in the evening. FAB-U-LUSH!
Another combo me and the other half have as a Glasto fave Ouzo and lemon Lucozade. sounds god awful but believe me when I say it's truley godsent! No need for illegal drugs, the other half and I had a litre of both so the miz was half and half and we charged round til 7am after having started the previous morning on stella for breakfast. BRILLIANT STUFF, beautiful if cold, drinkable if warm. I can't wait! 4 weeks and 6 days.

In years to come Vimto will be seen as our generations premier contribution to the development of our species ... when your great great great grand daughter bumps into Busted she's not only going to be looking pretty fine she's also going to offer them a Vimto
