I notice Hop Farm still isnt sold out, not even the sunday when prince is playing.

Much as I hate to give Mr efestivals a big head, it seems his statement that prince is not as huge a draw in this country that people think, and that his o2 gigs had large amounts of overseas attendees is ringing very true right now...

If he is announced for bestival then that line up looks quite magnificent.

This would work wonders for me...I want to go bestival again, my friend the Hop Farm, but Prince at Bestival will convince him to come

Neil's explained the evidence behind his guesswork: on the same day as Hop Farm announced Prince, Bestival announced that they would have a big announcement on July 1st.

But, tell your friend it's a dead cert. Bestival is fantastic. Whether or not Prince shows, you'll both have a wonderful time.

Rob da Bank has just tweeted to say that Prince is NOT playing Bestival - so presumably he can be trusted* as telling the truth with that.

(* no offence meant Rob .... it's just you promoters sometimes tell porkies).

First time for me this year at Bestival! Read some bad reviews about the overcrowdedness but that wouldn't put me off. Any festival of "moderate" size will be busy these days. Very much looking forward to it.
