Frank Turner or Andrew WK I think. Frank Turner playing twice. As for the other main stage acts, I can see someone like Four Year Strong being added to the Friday. It would make sense. For the other days, i'm not really sure. The Cribs are a possibility.

the rumours page doesnt seem to get updated anymore on efests,the rumours on there at the moment were there from the last announcement and even when the descendents put out a press release saying they were playing they still wernt on the rumours page even though they could have gone down as 'TBC'

Suppose we'll find out closer to the time as last years secret nofx set was known on here weeks in advance.

on another note,are DFA1979 likely to clash with the special guests?i may even have to miss DFA1979!!!! hot water music,face to face and the special guests(if theyre any good) will clash.im kinda hoping it is frank turner or andrew wk as i wouldnt mind missing them.

The Subways played in my friends living room last month after his house mate won a competition. I texted him to ask Billy if they were playing Reading & he said that a special guest slot on a smaller stage was on the cards & being discussed with the organisers.

Edit- Charlotte also mentioned they may play a smaller stage too.

By special guest slot they mean demotion because their career took a nose dive right? I wouldn't be suprised at all to see them play FR, although to be fair they'd have to headline and unless people are being bumped that wont happen.

I agree if they were announced but secret special guests don't normally headline so I could see them playing 2nd/3rd in the FR tent if unannounced.

mike davis said something about this during the lock up announcement show but I was falling asleep at the time so I didnt take it in
