With a Green Traveller Lanyard;
- Vouchers for discounts on main meals
- Solar showers, solely provided for Green Travellers
- Access to compost toilets
- Discount on a Festival T-shirt
But, how do you get one? Do you have to book the public transport with your ticket because last year I booked the train separately to save money. Would I still get a lanyard thingy?
Thanks!

good idea...like the idea of that
i`ll be cycling 318 mile to the festival to help raise money for the Charity International Childcare Trust ,which is a small nonprofitable charity that helps give the worlds most vulnerable children their childhood back,
if anyone would like to sponsor me or know anyone who would ?,,,would be great

This sounds interesting! I'm coming by coach and would love to know what treats I'm gonna get as a result! Are the discounts worth having? Anyone know more details.....

I'm guessing it will only be applicable to those arriving at Gate A, so those of us who used public transport to get there on the Tuesday won't get the benefits

Anyone know any more about this? I am coming via train but not using the official glastonbury booking as it doesn't work for me and am coming down to get within striking distance on the Tuesday... How do I get the benefits of the green traveller lanyards?

i think it will depend how you arrive at the festival itself, regardless of when you came down. If you arrive at Gate A you'll most likely be eligible, i cant see them scrutinising how every person came, i imagine they will just hand them out at Gate A.
