Completed. There is an error with question 7. I put information in the "More" box, but it wouldn't accept this as a finished question, so I had to also tick a number, which will lead to false recording for your study.

You are studying "major UK music festivals", may I ask what for?  What qualification?  What is the objective of your research?  How will the findings and your deductions there from be used?

Why don't you test the form before you post it ?

Problem with the form if you have't attended any of the top 10 festivals & only put an answer in the "Other" field it dosen't process the form

I'll fill it out again once you've got it sorted

Why is it that nearly all  of the people who make up these surveys while claiming they are doing this or that study in relation to the music industry all appear to be new members so you have to wonder why they don't take a active part before starting their surveys .

out of 12 posts - 11 have been to advertise her survey in various areas

so while people have taken the time to try and complete the survey she has not bothered to correct anything and she may never be seen again.

if she does not check the warnings then her survey is a complete waste of time as they only way to complete it just now is not giving accurate answers.
