I'm just having a look at buying a new tent, as we left our one last year. Determined to get a half decent one this year.
Where is best to buy one? A new Tiso's has opened in Aberdeen, but finding much cheaper deals online.
And what sort of size are folk going for?

I'm buying a new one this year as well.
Four of us going, planning on getting a six man.
Argos have decent prices, although not too sure about the quality of the gear.

Depends what size and what use your going to get out of it.
That Vango is a good tent though, few mates have it

Normally you can't find your tent, or you just sleep in poor Mr Higgins tent!

We decided to go for this one...

For Toblask, he wanted to be able to stand up in his tent! It's HUGE. (He's 6ft 4")

Gonna get my opened up soon and give it a test run to make sure it's still usable.
Used it through T and RockNess last year and would absolutely recommend a black skinned tent.
Will buy another one of these if mine is past it... seem to recall it taking some damage at T, can't quite remember how bad though.
