Problem paying balance

Hi.
I have just tried to pay my balance and got this message :
One or more registration numbers has not placed a deposit.
I dont understand because I have a registration number and the confirmation email for my deposit?
I have tried ringing the 0844 412 4635 number but cant get through.
Its getting worrying.
Any help would be appreciated.

I would double check that both reg numbers and post code are correct.
I have friends that have more than one valid reg number , and problems occurred last year as we
had incorrect post code ( one letter out or something ! )

make sure you're using the registration number from the recent 'Glastonbury Festival - Balance Payment Reminder' email, not the one that came with the confirmation email back in October.

I havent received the 'Glastonbury Festival - Balance Payment Reminder' email.
When were they sent out?

This happened to a friend of mine this morning, she was thrown back into the queue, at first I thought she'd maybe put the wrong number in but I tried for her and it did the same to me. However ten mins later it worked.
Last October when I originally put deposits down the form also wouldn't let me buy eight!

yeah i definitley recieved it back in october, the one titled Ticket Order Confirmation then reference number.
I have just checked my spam aswell and couldnt find the latest email there either.
Is the number different in the latest emails sent out then to the one back in october?

The e-mail confirmation back in October had a separate reference number and didn't contain the registration number/s that you paid deposits for so if you didn't get the reminder e-mail last week you may be using the wrong registration number. Have you got your original registration e-mail? If so double check the number and post code that you're using.
I didn't get the reminder e-mail either so had a bit of hassle with rememebering which of our registration numbers we used for the booking when I tried to pay this morning.
If you've got a confirmation e-mail you really haven't got anything to worry about and have a whole week to sort it out. Good luck anyway

Edit: I have two registrations and I was using the wrong one when I first tried to pay so visit the above the link and got my reg number that is linked to my deposit! Perhaps it could be a similar situation?

My wife just tried to pay, took four goes with firefox, went on to Internet explorer and worked first time

Thanks for all the help guys. It has eventually worked, not sure if it was something I was doing wrong or not.
Anyway, its now sorted!
