Problems with Online Payment System

Just to let everyone know not to panic if they've tried to pay their balances online this morning, but when they complete the registration details and click 'Continue', the next page they get is the 'Welcome' screen. Tried a few times so just rang See to pay over the phone. The system they use is the same one that we do and he was getting the same error. The operators had been informed by their manager an hour ago that people were experiencing this problem - which is due to large volumes of traffic - and to advise people to try later. Was assured that there is absolutely no problem with my order!

Well, we have a week to get this sorted. Will try again later.

Well done to all of you who managed to secure your tickets at 9am  :P

OK, tried via my smartphone and got an error page this time - 'one or more of the registration numbers hasn't paid a deposit'. X-checked registration details and realised I was entering the wrong postcode. DURR  :blink: Tried again with the RIGHT postcode and all went through. Now the proud owner of 2 GLASTO tickets. Woohoo  :D  :D  :D
