Best way would be to drive, if not then bus from Dundee/Aberdeen I'd reckon for you in Montrose

I got the bus from Aberdeen a few years ago and it was fine. Ive driven the last few times though. No problem really. At least driving you can arrive and leave when you want rather than hanging around on the bus. Parking is a tenner though. Probably more now.
