I'll also try and add the previous/next page buttons at the top of the page when in a topic, as it was bugging me last night that I had to keep scrolling to the bottom.

having had a quick look it doesn't look like I'll be able to do either thing without making major hacks to the software code (rather than just playing around with the skin).
But once I've dealt with the other forum problem I'm still trying to get sorted since the upgrade I'll take a deeper look as it might be easier than it appears with a quick glance.

Can't you just tap the top if your phone to scroll back to the top?

Yes you can, but on an iPad it's a full 6 inches to raise my arm!

yeah you can neil, any app can be returned to the top of the screen by tapping the status bar.
Which part of me saying ""not if you're not using the iPhone app, but are instead accessing the same interface with a web browser" passed you by?

Neil, any news on an android app, or at least tapatalk integration? Just got a shiny new Android phone, but these forums bring the browser to its knees.

Just got a shiny new Android phone, but these forums bring the browser to its knees.
As it happens, I had a brief email exchange with someone else last week about getting app sorted via another means. As far as I know that's going to happen, and presumably soon-ish, but at present I know nothing more about that.
However, an app would only really be a direct front end to the mobile skin for these forums - so it's something you can sort for yourself pretty easily....
In theory your phone should default to using the mobile skin when you access these forums, but I'm aware that it might not happen automatically for a few reasons. So you can make it happen yourself by a number of methods:-
1. Scroll to the bottom of any forum page, and click on the 'change theme' link and then select the eFestivals Mobile Skin option.
or
2. click on this link:-
http://www.efestival...change.php?id=2
... to change the skin to the mobile skin.
(click on this link to change it back to the full skin)
or
3. Go to the mobile version of the full efestivals site - http://www.efestivals.co.uk/m/ - and there's links on there (the same ones as in 2 above) to force the skin into mobile or full skin.
I hope that helps.

Thanks Neil. My phone doesn't default to using the mobile skin for some reason, however I think I have worked out how to alter my bookmark to default to the mobile version.
