Whats the problem with that though? Means more people have the chance to buy tickets when they can afford

Think he might be trying to say poor ticket sales (compared to V, TitP) = poor line up.
Just a guess. Tempted to buy an early entry ticket & then weekend ticket off eBay. Want to wait to see which day will be Dance Tent & who's on it. Someone mentioned it might be on the Friday which would give me something to do during that evenings bore fest (for me anyway). So far just a Sunday ticket is looking likely for me. ES, FF & Muse/2manydjs. Even then I might not bother.

I think the main issue if the festival sells poorly is that the organisers will look at V and TITP and see what makes them sell out so quickly and we'll end up with shit like Coldplay and Arctic Monkeys headlining and a load of crappy pop bands all over the line-up.

I can see it now!
Rock>>>Indie>>>Pop. It's inevitable
. But at least it's very unlikely a pop act could ever headline. Shudder, Europe's greatest music festival (not my words, I have never been) Oxegen.

That Oxegen lineup looks terrible, I would only watch foo fighers, jimmy eat world and bright eyes

Personally I think it's good it's not selling out.
Learn them a lesson, they have to book a better lineup to sell tickets fast.
It's not bad enough I wouldn't go this year but it's the worst in quite a while, '09 and '10 shit all over it especially.

That is subjective though.
Personally i think 2010 was better than this year. But this year is much better that 2009

Erm, had a look. Can you get JUST early entry tickets? I may be blind but cannot see anything other than Early Entry and coach.
Need separate early bird. ?

No, you can get in from Thursday morning (10am I think) with the general weekend ticket.
