Well I got the impression that there would be no big metal bands. Also, generally Reading has less metal now so I doubt there would be a metal headliner like SOAD. Also I don't think they'd sell tickets.

You trying to say Biffy Clyro aren't a band? Simon Neil is the front man/guitarist for that band.

They haven't been officially confirmed no but they are tbc and the promoters who got them to reform being SJM work for V Festival. It's a no brainer really.
