Who do you think at the moment is most likely to be the 3rd headliner?

Neil could you tell us who you now think its between for the 3rd headliner?

Its was once upon a time Greenday, Cure and Killers.

What do you reckon now?

I have no specific info to rule anyone in, just info to rule stuff out.

My best guess - just a guess, but based on solid facts away from anything specific to R/L - is that it will be Flo.

While people might say that her 2nd album didn't take her as big as she could be, there's a very decent chance that she might have been booked prior to it being released (and perhaps on the basis of a private listen by Melvin &/.or Neil P).

I find it hard to believe that she'd have been booked on what's looking like must be an exclusive basis by anyone but R/L now, or that her &/or her management would have chosen to headline a festival (Bestival) of a similar size to one she headlined 2 years ago.

Haven't seen any mentions of the possibility of Arctic Monkeys doing a one-off U.K. headline set this summer, they were absolutely brilliant at Benicassim last year, (although dissapointing Reading '09) could possibly be them with Bloc Party or Flo underneath??? Possibly even with Black Keys subbing seeing as they're doing that for TBK in the States??

Know they're not. The Black Keys are doing a few dates at Ally Pally, same as Flo but she also had a series of arena dates sold out, and very very quickly.

Thing is she is possibly too big to headline Bestival now, I reckon that if she did, she would've by now. I can't see much other than Dizzee playing below her though, presuming he wouldn't have objections to subbing her and i 'd doubt it, they are great friends.

Didnt Black Keys play some arena dates before ally pally too? Obviously Florence is still way larger, that'd be a silly argument on my part. She's either a large Bestival headliner, so a small Reading one IMO.

Ignoring any ignorance I have, anyone know the last time a female fronted act headlined R+L?
