Someone on twitter posted this not too long ago...
"Vodafone just leaked then lineup was on a banner for literally 20 seconds. Daft Punk, Green Day and Muse"
I'm not saying I believe it and I'm aware I don't post at all but I've been following this forum for around a year now. Nonetheless, I thought I'd throw this out there for those who might not know or if anyone could possibly bring some light to this incase they also saw this.

No screenshot, no leak.

Also considering the only clue Melvin was willing to say was about guitar bands Daft Punk don't fit that bill.

Not the original tweet but I'm pretty sure that's where it came from.

He can't be trusted, he listens to The View!

I'm fine. I'm calm. It's ok.
At least you don't have sources.

If this is true then I am going to Reading festival in 2011.

This rumour wil gather pace and people will start to say they have a source and by 5:00pm someone will photoshop the page and have those three on there. Then on Monday Muse/The Strokes/MCR will be announced.

Sounds much more realistic than whats rumoured. MCR and The Strokes just dont seem big enough anymore IMO. Not when theyre subbing at Titp and oxegen. Makes reading look weak and defo not staggering

From the person who "saw" it...
Quote
no it just stated them 3, was a flash banner said Reading & Leeds 2011. Then shown them 3, which I presume are the headliners
yellow banner on the presale page mate
The line up poster would never just have the 3 headliners.

Could it be possible Melvin decided MCR/Strokes weren't heavy weight enough & put DP/GD as headliners instead? Is that even possible (ie with contracts being signed)?

Both options are shit

I assume he means the banner was flashing each word like
READING FESTIVAL
2011
MUSE
DAFT PUNK
GREEN DAY
I dont particularly believe it but I assume thats what he meant

At a stretch I could see it for one headliner maybe but not for 2 of them.
