It might just be me but does anyone else love to people watch at Glasto? Chill out between bands with a beer or whatever and just watch Glasto life go by for a few minutes.

This made me smile, i love to just sit back and people watch. I spend loads of my time at Glasto doing this, while boozing at the same time obviously.

I reckon Glastonbury Festival must be the best place in the world for people watching.

Yeah, not just sat there with binoculars
but just chilling out with a beer and marvelling at the diversity of people and the mental things they're up to

We spent most of Saturday knackered with the heat sat in the middle of the circus field (I think, it's where all the performance people mill about). It was fabulous just watching everyone wandering around and their reactions to all the lil mini performances going on. Plus we got pulled into a couple. Spot on.

One of my fave parts of Glasto is chilling in the circus field or by the stone circle or flagtopia just watching the world go by (which is really quite good as the guys i go with have a tendency to fall asleep in random places in the avo)! I really can't wait!!!

I like sitting around the craft fields people watching - away from crazy hustle and bustle

surely one of the best glasto past times, love chilling in the brothers field or at the top of the hill by the park

Nope it isn't just you...one of my favourite things to do and was even better to do it last year in the lovely sunshine

Sounds like hell. I always avoid looking at others throughout the duration of the festival, and I don't have time to 'chill' between bands - not even for 'a few minutes.'

last year we kept going to the empty dance tents in the day cos they provided wonderful shelter from the heat. alcohol and scorching midday sun make for some great conversations to listen into..!

This made me laugh, it sounds like you people watch all the time wherever you are, maybe a little voyeuristic-ally, but at least at Glasto you don't need your binoculars

Nothing better than a nice cold cider and relaxing on some DRY grass watching the world/festival go by.
