I saw them support Family Force 5 last year, they were insane! I'd definatly go see them. Bit of Sub Focus too, that'd be nice. Mind you, SF's DJ sets are bloody awful, so let's hope it's live.Would love to see a tek-one playing in the tent at some stage, fantastic live

Yeah I'd a prefer SubFocus DJ set, I don't think his own stuff is particularly that good

When he plays high up the bill at festivals it's his Live set eg Glade headliner at Glastonbury '10, wrapped up Big Top at Bestival '10 & Nass '11. I could list more but not necessary.
The crowd are pathetic.
Full set can be listened to here... Sub Focus Live 1 Big Weekend, Bangor 2010
Can't wait to see him at Glastonbury!

Is the announcement today?

Whether I go or not is hanging on the Dance tent at the moment so an announcement today would be lovely.

You've just agreed to something you initially said you wouldn't agree with.

I caught him at Glade and I saw his DJ at Underage. It could be that he's not a daylight act, but I really wasn't feeling his DJ. Also, it's gonna be Sunday night. Last year, as soon as the Prymid headliner finished it all died a bit. I took a stroll around, and where you'd normally find a mini rave outside a bar it all looked a little flat. So hopefully the crowd will still be up for it!

...so therefore, imo, it's a trend.
Edit- the names announced aren't surprising for R+L.

With dance music I think its more about what's hot in the clubs not charts and the buzz over dupstep has cooled. It's no longer fresh and exciting.

UNKLE & James Lavelle have just confirmed on facebook that UNKLE sounds will be headlining the dance tent,

Largely agree with this. Soulwax were very good both times I saw them whereas 2manydjs were brilliant once (that was at Coachella though) and pretty average the others

I'm a massive Soulwax fan but they've been churning out the same set for about five years now. I think instead of constantly gigging it may be time to go back in the studio and actually write an album since the last actual album they released was in 2003.

Hopefully Nero will be bringing along their new huge DJ booth to R+L (just watched them on R1BW live stream).
