have you tried phoning the ticket line on the offchance?  two of my friends got tickets that way a couple of years ago.  it was later on in the proceedings than this though... after the resales had sold out too.

Simple manipulation tells me otherwise
Okay, i know you can't spoon-feed us any specific info as that wouldn't be entirely ethical, but how about a few clues/pointers in case the same thing might apply come April 1st for the UK balance payments?  Just how tech-savvy would you have to be to know what to try in the URL, or it is really 'simple manipulation'? Go on, give us a clue...

Really? There were 3 of us seperately messing about with it but when adding our reference details it wouldn't take us any further. Could have done with a few tips at the time. Would have been handy if you could have posted something at the time.
no sales went on to the system. which says that sales couldn't go onto the system.

Ah well, cheers for letting me know. I've still got check4change setup. If no joy in the proper resale I'll still keep them going, I've got lucky for friends before just by checking the site.

Does no sales going onto the system mean that this couldn't happen, or just that it didn't?  (sorry Neil, I'm honestly not being facetious as I know you get enough of protracted debates on semantics on the discussion threads without one on here too)  I mean, could it be that it was possible to get a 'complete' booking page up but the only person/people that discovered this already had tickets and, consequently, wouldn't have felt inclined to buy any more - and moreover, had a prang of conscience that it would have been a bit unethical to post it on here that it was possible to do so?  Or are seetickets systems now fully 'watertight' in such matters?

Can't find the address anywhere!

Oohh interesting it now has a www2 prefix.  Perhaps (finally) they've thrown a few more servers into the mix.

I'd be very surprised if any leak through now before the official resale. Surely it would have happend over the last few months whenever someone rang up and cancelled if that were the case?

I've had the 'www2' for a while so I'm sure its nothing, perhaps if anything it would be from the international tickets.

The gf managed to get 2 tickets after the official Twitter had said they had run out. I was so happy.

I'm currently ticketless, when the window for international payments opened up I tried on the off chance with both the 'purchase' link and also the 'chkreg with postcode' one... it let me get as far as submitting payment details before the 'error' page came up. so whilst to a point I do think that the see server has some glitches ultimately it won't let you buy tickets if there aren't tickets on the system to be bought iykwim. this was uk tickets bte
