Mr Diamond is a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine and he went down a storm I believe a few years back from what I saw on the TV.
He's touring at the end of June with couple of handy blank days on the Friday and Sunday
Pure speculation but legends slot???

Isn't Don McLean the rumour for the legend slot, its possible both could play.

Neil Diamond did the legends spot in 2008 so doubt it would be him again imo.

he did say in an interview after his slot in 2008 that he'd love to come back again. Really enjoyed his performance that afternoon and hope he does make an appearence again.

I was lucky enough to see him at Camden Roundhouse end of Oct for BBC 2 Proms & he was excellent, also thought he was great at Glasto 2008, even kept it going when power failed, so would like to see him at Glasto again but think it unlikely in legends spot.

I love Neil Diamond! My sister and I were so excited that he played in 08, it was our first glasto. He was brilliant, would love to see him there again.

Yep I saw him at Electric Proms and at Glasto in 2008. Would absolutely love him to play again but not sure where he'd fit in on the line up?

From what I've heard this year's legend's slot has never played Glastonbury before.

Awww. he was sooo great last time. I can't believe I finally got to see him, and without having to pay 50 quid just for that. And my god he still has got it
His recent material is fantastic. What a legend!...
I doubt sadly that GFL will have the sense to grab him whilst they can....
