Well last year's Glastonbury was actually closed (for me anyway) by Black Sun Empire and Stamina MC on the Arcadia Stage at around 3am

Well at least you hate black men as well as black women.
A horrid racist you may be, but at least you aren't sexist, right?
I suppose you are now going to claim you just happened to pick all black artists to mock by coincidence?
Get out of here, we dont like racists on this forum.

We've been here and gone over all this ground before. Jay-Z caused uproar - the fact is that it all turned out fine and the festival actually got stronger for it.
We don't need to rehearse all the old points about choice at Glastonbury and how the headliners are nowhere near being the full story because we all know the truth of that and it explains why the tickets sell out regardless.
Leftfield is back in it's old spot near the tower and that tells you all you need to know about the future of the festival.

No, we do, because people keep starting daft threads.

To be honest I don't see what the big deal is. Kylie was booked to close the festival in 2005 which was before a fallow year so we have exactly the same thing here.
Get over it people

Great minds Mardy, was about to post the same thing.
I, for one, would like to applaud him for his radical and groundbreaking thoughts. I hear Cameron's calling him up as a Special Advisor on Glastonbury Affairs

Do people really believe that the last act on sunday on the pyramid is THE headliner?
I never really think of glastonbury stage running orders as being that hierarchical. I mean, it's not like a gig where you sit through bands you mightn't care for because you're waiting for someone specific.

i'm personally only going for beyonce. i know she's a perfectionist, but i think 5 days worth of support acts is a little OTT.

I've heard she'll be using 1,000 Vietnamese orphans to help her get on and off the stage and if it's muddy they'll be employed to lay down whilst she walks over them so her feet stay nice and dry.
