I'm beginning to like them a bit more now they're not being used as backing music for every BBC/C4 outdoorsy/nature programme.

Mind you I would like to see them follow something like The Imagined Village/Salsa Celtica or even Show of Hands on West Holts. Chances are they'd get bottled off.

Better yet, lock Mumford in a room with Eliza Carthy and let her kick the folk into him.

Here's a wacky theory. Even allowing for people changing their mind, it could be that the people posting praise for Mumford + Sons are different to the ones slating them. You know, with this being a Message Board made up of different posters with different opinions, rather than one consciousness that has decided to dislike them because "they're popular" (which of course has to be the reason, rather than others simply not liking them)

I've always been consistent in thinking that they're complete shit, for example.
