Actually, it really is. What a terribe pair of announcements so far!

They're defo two acts that people love to say they hate.

All the same they'll shift an awful lot of tickets for any show either might do, and as far as GuilFest goes they're two acts that'll go down very well with a decent chunk of the audience it attracts with a liking for such things.

For example, GuilFest had N-Dubz last year, and to me it sounded like bad karaoke. But much of the crowd were loving it, and Tony who runs GuilFest has told me that they're the act from last year that he's had the most good comments about.

Tony's not daft, and I'm sure he'll sort something for the 2nd stage which will keep the Blunt & Razorlight haters happy (I'm hoping he does, cos I won't be watching them either).

It would be nice if Tony gets someone like Ultravox for the second stage when either of the 2 headliners are on.

Oh, i'm not knocking it in commercial sense, just an artistic one!

It clashes with a whole load of other festivals that weekend, so i'm not really going to bother with a festival with two lame main stage headliners ( unless the second stage stuff is amazing and exclusive)

Being an old goth, I am very happy about FoTN playing.  I saw them just 18 months ago, and they really do still pull in the crowds.  I am happy anyway!

FoTN aren't playing, it was a joke about the new image of Razorlite

it normally gets announced as they get it booked up - GuilFest is generally one of the last fests to do its bookings.

I know they've had some issues with booking their 3rd headliner, being told it was sorted and then told it couldn't happen after all. I'm unsure if it's been resolved as yet.

I remember reading on their (now non-existant) forum a lot of people complaining about a lack of line up. I know it's not just about the music at a festival but I don't really want to wait until the last minute to buy a ticket as getting a group of people to go is more difficult.
