i would like to see the stokes, who seem nailed on to headline with pulp sub, witch sounds great. i would like to see foos but they dont seem likey at all. R.E.M could see them turning up, i think there doing V. no reason why they could do both i suppose. a few out siders... AC/DC, the rolling stones, or the who, for more of a legendary headliner.

Yeah there was never any real contact between FR and the band, all the headliners were booked with the intention of being headliners.

If it does happen this year then it'll just serve to show how out of touch R/L is becoming with music. Both Green Day and Muse would have made perfect bookings for last year or indeed the year they have a new album out. In a flux year for both though? It just wouldn't work.

why wouldnt it work? the average r&l would cream themselves if they got announced.
