Just wondering what kind of festival Rock Ness is, I was thinking of going because its at a goo time for me and I like the idea of going to Scotland for a music festival...Any info would be appreciated, what kind of music is it, are the acts usually well known or what? Cheers.

Rockness is a fantastic festival with a great atmosphere and everyone makes you feel very welcome and is always up for a good time. Its mainly a dance festival but They also have a few indie bands over the weekend and diffrent genres to look at over the weekend. Along with the fantastic festival scenery and great banter once you go you wont ever look back.
And it has the arcadia afterburner the greatest thing ever invented

Simply put - one of the best music festivals in the world
The headliners are always well known, as well as some of the other acts too. The scenery is just amazing and the campsite/arenas are always such a great atmosphere. And being from the North myself I feel proud to have a festival like this so close to home
GO!
