I reckon it's hugely likely!
They've announced Wireless (Glasto weekend!weekend after Glasto) and Primavera in Spain so far.

Ah f**k. I loved pulp, still do. But reformations are never as good, they're not right., it's an exercise in nostalgia and I don't like that.
Yeah, I'll be there, yeah, I'll be grinning like a maniac, but you know, there's something not right about it.
It's like getting back with an ex after a few years. Generally, a f**king dreadful idea. The odd reasonable shag but you're both trapped in the past.
Pavement, The Pixies, Velvet Underground, Pistols etc etc all pissed away any good feeling I had about them by reforming
right, obligatory grumpy bastard post over with. Play on...

Hope they do play...they were amazing when I saw them in 95' or 96'
Think it was at V Festival (though I'm sure it wasn't actually called that then)

I would generally agree with this, though Blur did buck the trend.
I would rather they didnt play so our memories can remain untarnished, but if they did play it could quite easily be sensational. Or awful.
This reunion doesnt make mich sense to me though I must admit.

HOLY f**k! I've only just been watching a gig from Brixton Academy from 95. This is sensational news!

Well broadly I'm inclined to agree. But there are exceptions and Blur delivered one of my favourite festival moments. I'm optimistic that Pulp are capable of doing something similar

So I'm guessing they've followed thru on it.This reunion doesnt make mich sense to me though I must admit.
But it's a bit weird, cos Pulp went out with a wimper last time - their popularity had dropped considerably. They headlined Homelands and GuilFest in their last year.

Could this be why Jarvis said "see you next year" at the end of his dj performance last year?

just had a call which very strongly puts Pulp in the frame for Glasto.
I can't put 100% confidence in what I've just been told, but it does make it sound very likely.
