Ting Tings
Pigeon Detectives

The Holloways

I Am Arrows
and Warpaint will probs be there to.
The Holloways split up last year. So unlikely. Wouldn't be at all suprised if Sam McCarthy popped up at Strummervile though if Jay Beanz On Toast is running it again.
Limiting this to bands I think there's a fair chance of playing rather than The Wishlist
Frank Turner - he should become a Glastonbury institution in the manner of Billy Bragg although I think his heart is at Reading.
Interpol
Band Of Horses
Belle & Sebastian
Avi Buffalo
Best Coast
Warpaint
And then loads of others like Caribou, Bon Iver, Sufjan Stevens, Animal Collective. Pretty unlikely I would have thought unfortunately.

Interpol
Arcade fire
Polyphonic spree
Belle and Sebastian
The phantom band
Band of horses
Pixies
Bon iver
Chemical brothers
Good chance of a few of the above?

I forgot The Walkmen. I'd really love to see them and their only UK dates in support of their new album are supporting The Black Keys so hopefully they'll do some headline dates of their own and do some of the UK festivals.

Apologies, apparently I was fed duff information. Turns out that they haven't split up as such but Dave Danger (the drummer) and Rob Skipper (guitarist/fiddle player) left.

Would put substantial money on these playing:
U2
Elbow
Paolo Nutini
Think they have a really good chance of playing and hope they do:
The Walkmen
Fleet Foxes
Bon Iver
Band of Horses
The Strokes
Passion Pit
Manics
Klaxons
Keane
Friendly Fires
The Coral
Broken Records
Arcade Fire
Really hope they play, but kinda doubt they will:
Sigur Ros
LCD Soundsystem
Kele
Damien Rice

Right. I know they played this year, but would really love to see The National play at the Park or somewhere late on, they were brilliant and one of my picks of the weekend. Gaslight Anthem I imagine are nailed on, and Mos Def hopefully as they were both announced but didnt play this year but didn't in the end.

I doubt there is any chance on Sigur Ros as no new material in the offing for a while although they may do a "one-off". Unlikely. Jonsi maybe..? And maybe an appearance from For a Minor Reflection at the Park Stage? If you haven't heard their new album, you should!!!
Depeche Mode to headline the Other Stage is unlikely too. Way too big for that. Pyramid Stage headliners. Last time I saw DM, just a few years ago, they were playing to capacity crowd at Wembley Arena. I doubt their fanbase has dwindled that much.
I reckon Interpol will be there somewhere, Robert Plant maybe. Seriously crossing fingers for The Orb to play with guest appearance from David Gilmour!!! Dreadzone, Will young who always seems to be there these days at the Avalon Stage, Ting-Tings, jamiroquai (can't spell that) on the Jazzworld Stage, Paul Weller.......

Yeah, Mos Def not playing was a real downer on the Friday last year. I was really looking forward to him, and the circumstances made me feel for him. His last album was soooo good. Love it.
I'm hoping that the Black Crowes will play. A proper bit of laid back roots rock in the sunshine would be brilliant.
I'd cry with hapiness if Levon Helm played too. His last two albums have been utterly brilliant and I can imagine him headlining the Accoustic Tent or something.

Why not the slot that the Pet Shop Boys played last year?
Anyhow, I think they were offered that slot a few years ago, and said they didn't want to play because the rest of the bill didn't suit them. Or some such shit, which I translate as "not enough money".

I reckon the Chemical Brothers will almost certainly be there next year, does anyone remember that they randomally tweeted "Glastonbury" earlier this year?
