Tell me this wouldn't be one of the greatest shows ever!
I saw them play this album in full at ATP earlier this year and it was one of the greatest shows of my life! Sunset on Pyramid would be absolutely puuuuurfect...
Come on Eavis'... Make it happen. British classic!

I would give my left nut for this to happen.
I reckon it's pretty likely that Jason will be playing somewhere, but think he did the LAGWAFIS shows for a big wedge of cash, something Glasto s unlikely to offer.
Still, we can dream...

I saw em play The Park back in 07 , when every man and his dog were watching the Arctic Monkeys !
Also I saw Ladies and Gentlemen in Manchester before Christmas , they are due a return but need
a new album out , and whilst I loved Ladies live , I think I preferred the last tour when it was
all reverb and strobe lights and very stripped down.

saw them play the full album at the sage in gateshead last december and it was a brilliant gig, well recieved by the crowd. if they were playing the full set again i would imagine the west holts would be the place to be, choir and orchestra included !
can well imagine elbow playing a set before U2, theyve toured with them before, have a new album out and the set would compliment U2's well.

they've a new album out next year so i'd imagine they'll make an appearance with that... just so long as its not in the crappy john peel tent like last time!

John Peel tent would be dreadful, as would Pyramid - it's just too big and a bit soulless for them.
Park stage would suit them nicely or maybe even Avalon (but that's probably a bit small).
Really looking forward to the new album though. A&E was a bit hit and miss for me - although the high points are right up there with the best of Ladies and Pure Phase.

it's the most glorious, drug fuelled rock n roll album of the 1990s.
