1) Have a nice hot bath but remember to bring the kettle with you for a nice cuppa, what could go wrong?

2) Man up and realise that there are definitely many more resales to come, and so many ways in for those who are determined, especially by volunteering, which can be more fun than just being a punter.
In my 14 years experience, everyone who really wants to go gets to. That's part of what the festival's about and what makes it what it is.

3) never say never, ever, if you do you've lost the fight and will to succeed.

Oh my god yes. I know a good few different people who volunteer, and they all say they wouldn't go back to just being a punter. Will let them speak for themselves if they want to on here, but let's just say being on site for however long before the gates open is beyond awesome.

Would say that is true but it would be the whole working during the festival itself that I really would not enjoy at all

Normally you only have to work for one day and you get the rest off to enjoy yourself. Also, you get a meet a ton of people and make some new buds. And it's FREE.
