Email confirmations and ntlworld.com

Hi all,

Still haven't received my email confirmations for our tickets, so I phoned see tix.
They told me that most of the emails that were sent out to ntlworld.com inboxes didn't
go through for whatever reason.

He also gave me my ref number over the phone so all good for me, wondered if this
was the case for any other virgin users?

Cheers for that. this has been a bloody nightmare as I used my email address
for both my brother's orders so getting pressure from them, eased my mind  :D

call this number 0115 945 4590 - you'll be on hold, but eventually you'll get through.

If you've an NTL email, you won't get your confirmation.

I've been given my ref number now - but the tracker doesn't appear to be working.

At least someone independent has verified my order and I feel much happier.
