Hey!
I'm panicking as I have a v bad feeling I entered the wrong cvv code as part of my payment details (it has rubbed off card), my details went through fine, I have an email and tracking confirmation. But I'm worried that when it comes to process payment, See will simply cancel the tickets - Does anyone have any experience of this? I have tried to speak to an actual person on the phone which is proving to be impossible, and have sent a customer service email but no actual response as yet.
Anyone been in this situation?!
Thanks

I had this problem last year... kept checking my bank to see if the money had gone out then received an email about 5 days after ticket day to say the transaction hadn't gone through and they'd hold my tickets til midnight on the 13th Oct. Just phoned them up and gave my card details again... they said i'd probably just entered a number or expiry date wrong. So don't worry, they will get hold of you even if you have entered the details incorrectly.

I haven't actually been in that position, but I believe See Tickets contact you if there is any problem with payment. I'm sure someone else can confirm yay or nay?!

This must be one of the only times people can't wait for money to be taken out of their accounts

I really never knew they did this. It makes me much less optimistic about a window opening.

I know, I was so surprised when I got that email.... Just saw it in my inbox and the title was something like "Glastonbury 2010 update"... I was bricking it thinking the booking had been cancelled just reading the first bit then was soooo relieved seeing I could resubmit the card details. I always assumed if the payment fails they automatically cancel the booking.

I rang Seetickets today to clarify and as some of the posts above state, they are charging cards over a week long period, they will also send an email notification if payment fails, so there's nothing to worry about, just check your inbox daily until the money goes.
