Hey guys,
Congrats to everyone that got tickets. It's been a bloody mental morning. I got as far as entering my registration details so many times only for it to crash. Once, I got as far as entering my payment details and hit the pay button. At this stage, and IE diagnostic blah blah page popped up. Would anyone know from past experiences, whether the payment would have gone through? Fingers crossed it did.

Id say theres a reasonable chance it did.
The same happened to me when I got Reading tickets in March, so I went back and did it again, and again, and again.
Ended up with 4 tickets instead of 1, thank god id been saving up and actually had the £800 required in the bank!

I think you'll be alright. This happened to hundreds of us last year.

I don't know anything helpful. It's difficult to tell, but I had something like that in the past and it wasn't good for me. Sorry

Five of us were trying but only one managed to get through about 9.15. He had his confirmation e-mail about an hour later.
I suppose that confirmation should be enough but I only really believe it when I see the money has been taken from my bank account.

This is the first time I have even seen a confirmation screen since 2005! Every other year it has crashed once I put my payment details in but the booking had always gone through because when I tried again it said the registration numbers had been used. That is the only way I knew until the confirmation email came through, so fingers crossed you'll be okay.

You could always check your bank account for a balance check. Checked my and it's been taken...

So im assuming if you try and enter your reg details again and their not accepted due to a deposit already been done it means you definately have tickets yes? just asking as my friend didn't pick his phone up when i got them and tried to get them but got "deposit taken" or whatever. I however have still not received a confirmation email :S

Re the update on my OP, I checked the 'track my order' section on seetickets website. There's no orders registered against the card I booked with. I also rang seetickets to talk to a member of the customer service and they confirmed this. The glimmer of hope I had has disappeared.
I'm still hoping an email comes through from seetickets at this late stage.
Anyone out there, not received a confirmation email yet?

Me too! Two previous years I was no where near a confirmation screen! Only knew I had tickets by the method you suggest.
Interestingly, I've always had my confirmation email really quickly. All three recent years (I can't remember how it worked in 2000 / 2002) within fifteen mins of getting tickets.

I've had my money taken and received the email, I think we even saw the confirmation screen! If See can't find a record of your booking that's not a good sign mate
